A1. Saroj's wholesale MOQ starts at 25 metres per fabric design for our standard wholesale tier. For premium handloom Banarasi or limited-edition embroideries, MOQ may be 50 metres. Designer and boutique buyers can negotiate sub-25-metre wholesale rates for first orders via the Bulk Enquiry form.

A2. Wholesale pricing typically delivers 25% to 40% off retail rates, depending on volume, fabric type, and order frequency. Repeat clients access additional negotiated tiering. Custom dyeing, custom prints, and exclusive designs are quoted separately. Email contact@saroj.in or use the Bulk Enquiry form for a tailored quote.

Q3. Does Saroj offer custom fabric printing or dyeing services?

A3. Yes. Saroj operates an in-house dyeing facility for custom dyeing of pure silks, viscose, linen, and cotton. Single-colour and multi-colour dyeing are available. Custom screen printing and digital printing are offered with MOQ from 50 metres. Lead time is 12 to 21 working days depending on technique.

Q4. Can Saroj export fabric internationally for wholesale buyers?

A4. Yes. Saroj exports fabric worldwide for wholesale clients in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and Europe. International shipping is via DHL or air freight; charges and delivery time vary by destination. We handle export documentation and HS code classification. Email contact@saroj.in for export quotes.

Q5. Is there a showroom for wholesale buyers to inspect fabric in person?

A5. Yes. Saroj's Andheri West (Mumbai) and Vile Parle (Mumbai) stores have dedicated wholesale viewing rooms by appointment. The Ahmedabad showroom also serves Gujarat-based wholesalers. Q6. What payment terms does Saroj offer for wholesale fabric orders?

A6. Standard wholesale terms are 50% advance with 50% on dispatch for first-time orders. Established repeat clients access 30/70 or full credit terms after the first three orders. International orders require advance via wire transfer or credit card. GST invoicing is provided for all B2B orders.

Q7. Can I get fabric samples (swatches) before placing a wholesale order?

A7. Yes. Saroj's wholesale swatch service ships up to 15 fabric samples for Rs.500 (refundable against your first order over Rs.10,000). Samples include actual fabric cuttings (4 inch by 4 inch minimum), colour cards, and fabric composition specifications. Request via the Bulk Enquiry form or email.
