Everything from pleated to embroidered and printed fabrics are available. We have Cotton, Georgette, Crepe, Silk and everything else you could need to create a stunning outfit.

We start with a minimum purchase of 1 meter and have the option of cut in points

7. How long does it take Saroj to ship orders within India?

Standard Pan-India shipping takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch. Saroj typically dispatches within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) often receive within 3 to 5 working days.

8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India?

Yes. Saroj offers Cash on Delivery across India for orders below Rs.20,000 in value. COD is available in over 25,000 PIN codes via our courier partners. A small COD fee (Rs.50 to Rs.100) applies to orders below Rs.500. Pre-paid orders qualify for free shipping above Rs.499.

9. Can I return fabric if I'm not satisfied?

Saroj accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unstitched, unwashed fabric in original condition. Cut-to-order custom fabrics, dyed-to-order fabrics, and bulk wholesale orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of return receipt and quality verification.

10. Does the actual fabric look exactly like the website photos?

Saroj photographs fabrics under standardised studio lighting, but minor colour variations are possible due to monitor calibration, ambient lighting, and weave variations. We label expected variation ranges on each product. For high-stakes orders (bridal), we recommend ordering a swatch first or visiting our showroom.

11. Are Saroj's fabrics genuinely pure silk, pure linen, etc.?

Yes. Saroj's product titles and descriptions accurately specify fabric composition. Pure silk products are 100% silk; pure linen is 100% flax; cotton-blend products clearly state the blend ratio. Our 45-year reputation is built on accurate labelling. Independent fabric burn-test verification is welcome.

12. Can I customise an existing Saroj fabric design?

Yes, for orders above 50 metres. Saroj's customization service includes alternate colourways of existing prints, custom dyeing of pure silks and viscose, and limited custom embroidery on existing base fabrics. Lead time is 14 to 21 working days. Email contact@saroj.in with your specifications.
